I am a portrait figurative landscape artist. My work ranges from formal portrait easel painting to large scale acrylic paintings. I am inspired by the simple smile on a child's face to the infinite expanse of our universe! I draw strength from my experiences throughout life's journey and express my gratitude in the form of artistic expression.  

My philosophy is quite simple, live in the present with constant gratitude for the countless blessings and small miracles that surround us day after day! My art reflects this gratitude by painting my collector's portraits as seen through the lens of the artist eye creating a sense of well-being and happiness.

My method is based on the sight size formal drawing and painting approach as seen thought-out the history of formal portrait painting. My large-scale acrylic paintings draw their influence from modern allegorical surrealism. The human figure, in the environment surrounded by the infinite multiplicity of forms. I also create found object sculptures to further the creative process.
